Training Property

Nebraska Dog and Hunt Club has new training property near Unadilla, NE starting January 1st, 2016.  This property is available for club member training use from January 1st to October 31st annually.

The property is located just east of the Barry Brandt farm:  516 North 22nd Road, Unadilla, NE 68454.  Please do not drive into the farm property.  See the map below for NDHC gates.

Directions from Unadilla, NE / HW 2:  Go North on County Road 22 for 1 mile to G Road.  Go East approximately 1/4 mile to NDHC Gate at top of hill on north side.

Rules for Use of the Grounds

• Training property is open from Jan. 1 to Oct. 31 each year.  The property is off limits Nov.1-Dec.31
• NDHC Property is for dog training only.
• Must be an NDHC Member to use the property.
• Guest Policy.  Guests may train ONE time as long as they are with a member.  All members hosting a guest must email club secretary ([email protected]) the name of the guest and date of training PRIOR to training.
• No vehicles are to be parked on the public road.  You must pull onto the grounds to park.
• All gates must be locked after exiting the property
• No target shooting, hunting, fishing, or rifles allowed on the property
• Any damages or ruts to grounds by vehicles, ATVs, or UTVs will be repaired by the responsible person.
• Vehicles are restricted to parking areas for at least 24 hours after a rain of 1 inch or more.  Use good judgement and walk in if ground is wet.
• When hay has been cut, do not drive through the wind rows.
• Watch for posted signs at gates directing when not to drive through hay prior to being cut.
• Pick up all trash
• Old birds shall not be discarded on the property or in ditches around the property.​
